Do you ship internationally? How much it costs to ship to my place.
Yes we do. you can add the items into shopping cart and proceed to checkout, it will show you the cost of shippng. sometimes the shipping is completely for free for certain countries or amounts.
How long will it take to get my package?
We do use DHL/UPS for processing our orders. on average 2 to 5 working days is very enough for our cushion to reach your city.
Can I return the items if I didn't like them?
Yes, you can. Just send us back the item and once we get it we will issue a full refund.
What payment methods are accepted?

Once you place your order, you will receive an email within one day for instructions on how to track the shipment using DHL/UPS websites.

We don't store any credit card information on our website. and the transaction is happening through SLL secured gateway with OTP and bank verification.
How can I pay for my order?
Our website is offering multiple ways for payment such as credit cards or PayPal.
Will I pay tax/import duty for getting my cushion?
We will include a tax invoice with your order that says the per piece is $2usd. so we believe all the orders are passing through without any noticeable payment to authorities.
Can you include the filling with my order? I will pay extra?
No, we can't. the filling is very cheap locally. but it is bulky and shipping it by express will cost at least triple times more than the filling cost itself.
I am not sure about the color of the cushion? what to do?
All of our cushion covers are shot by professional cameras and some photos have been generated using the computer so we do understand that you may have slight color differences, especially with different platforms like mobile screens or laptops. to solve this matter we are happy to send you manual photos using room light using a low-level mobile phone camera. so you will feel the exact color.
Do you provide commission for big orders?

Is this cushion good for sleeping?
This is a mainly decorative cushion with a smaller size. we do recommend placing it in the main room, not in the bedroom.
Are those colors permanent?
Yes, we do use the latest technology to keep the colors of the cushion for a long time, we do guarantee the colors for at least 5 years. but please place our cushion covers indoors.
Can I change some color or size?
We are a factory, yes you can. but a special quotation will be sent to you. kindly contact us.
